Timothy Reynolds - President, CEO

Mr. Reynolds has 18 years of successful leadership experience with 13 years being in the field of system and product development. Prior to the founding of Soneticom in 1998, Mr. Reynolds was the Director of Network Engineering with Flash Comm, Inc., where he was responsible for the system software architecture, design, and implementation as well as hardware selection efforts in numerous areas of their nationwide wireless two-way data communications network. He also led the software architecture, design and implementation for major control system elements of the FAA’s air traffic control (ATC) voice switching system at Harris Corporation’s TransComm Division. Mr. Reynolds is responsible for the strategic direction of Soneticom.

Carl Finney - Executive Vice President, CTO

As Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Soneticom, Mr. Finney has responsibility for the technical vision of the corporation and its ability to predict and adapt to industry technology trends. As one of the founders of Soneticom, Inc. Mr. Finney brings his extensive knowledge of software and hardware system engineering, and design and implementation into the Company. He has participated as a technical leader at numerous corporations including Harris Corporation , General Technology, Sverdrup, Flash Comm, and Texas Instruments. Mr. Finney has extensive experience developing large scale mission critical software and hardware systems for both government and commercial applications.

Jim Kingsley - Executive Vice President, COO

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kingsley is responsible for the daily operations of Soneticom. As one of the founders of Soneticom, Inc. he has successfully managed the sustained growth of the Company over the past 8 years. He has extensive experience in operations including facilities management, procurement, and bookkeeping. Mr. Kingsley also serves as a valuable technical contributor to many programs through his broad engineering experience at Harris Corporation and Reuters.

Ron Cobb - Vice President, Product Engineering

Mr. Cobb came to Soneticom with 14 years of experience developing and managing the development of large scale mission critical software systems for specialized government customers. As a Staff engineer for Harris Corporation, he led several large development efforts and participated as a member of many Harris quick reaction teams. Mr. Cobb has extensive expertise in software process and was key to obtaining Harris' Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Level 3 rating. Publications in technical journals include software project management and software process improvement.

Andrew Hess - Vice President, Production

As Vice President, Mr. Hess is responsible for the successful execution of programs within this industry domain. He has 15+ years of experience developing and managing large scale mission critical systems within the government and commercial community. As a former project engineer in Harris Corporation's advanced programs group, he led numerous large-scale development efforts and teams. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Hess spent 10 years as an educator developing curriculum material and learning modules for the Department of Education.
